Privacy notice

We store the account details, password hash, membership and usage records needed to run your workspace. We also store your research findings and source URLs, consented contact records, campaign content, delivery submissions, and audit records. We do not store payment card details. These records support your account, research, billing, and campaign management.

Our research tools read publicly accessible HTML pages. We respect robots.txt and pace requests, skip login and CAPTCHA pages, and keep each crawl within its selected hostname. Public availability does not establish marketing permission.

When connected, PayPal is the primary payment provider and Stripe is an alternative. SerpApi provides Google search results. Email uses the existing cPanel mail service or optional Resend; Twilio supplies SMS delivery. Each provider processes data needed to fulfil its service. Google Fonts supplies the website typography. The website uses essential session cookies for account access and request security, with no advertising analytics installed.

Research jobs older than 90 days are removed by the daily maintenance task. Account, billing and audit records are retained while needed to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Consent and suppression records are kept while needed to evidence permission and honour opt-outs. Server backups have a separate retention schedule and are not used for active campaign delivery.

Email info@connectdirectmail.co.uk to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We assess requests and any records we need to retain. Please avoid placing sensitive personal information in research queries or contact notes.

Membership and billing

The Starter, Growth, and Agency plans are £29, £79, and £199 per month respectively. Research allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Page allowances count attempts, including skipped pages and errors; search allowances count submitted provider queries. Each crawl has a maximum of 100 attempts and a selectable link depth.

Your membership begins after the payment provider confirms the subscription and successful payment. A return from a checkout page alone does not grant paid access. PayPal and Stripe are separate payment options; we do not silently create a second subscription if a checkout fails.

Manage and cancel billing through your chosen provider from the Membership page. The provider’s confirmation shows when cancellation takes effect. Stripe cancellation may take effect at the end of the paid billing period; PayPal cancellation can end access when its subscription becomes cancelled. Contact us if you need help or believe you were charged incorrectly.

Email and SMS delivery costs are separate from membership. Campaign delivery remains disabled until the operator has configured providers, sender verification, and spending controls. Any message charges offered to members must be disclosed and accepted before billable sending is enabled.

Request a refund or billing review at info@connectdirectmail.co.uk. We assess the charge, service usage and applicable rights, and return approved refunds through the original payment provider. These terms do not remove rights that apply by law.

Results are extraction candidates, not a guarantee of identity, completeness or accuracy. Check original source pages before relying on names, addresses, phone numbers, or email details. This release does not render JavaScript-only sites, parse PDFs, bypass protection, or guarantee message delivery.

Acceptable use and campaigns

Campaigns include the sender’s business name, postal address, and a channel-specific unsubscribe link. Consent and suppression are rechecked before submission to the delivery provider. “Submitted” means provider acceptance, not confirmed delivery.

The application uses an opt-in-only campaign policy. Review the ICO’s electronic marketing guidance before operating campaigns. Access may be suspended for misuse.
