↗Connect Direct Mail

Our approach to research and outreach.

Pre-launch policy draft. The operator must complete its legal identity, contact details, retention schedule, processor agreements, and pricing/tax information before selling memberships.

Privacy notice

Connect Direct Mail stores account details, password hashes, membership state, research jobs, source URLs, consented contact records, campaign copy, delivery submissions, usage counters, and audit events. These support account access, billing, research, and campaign management.

Research collects only information available on public HTML pages. We do not access logged-in content, bypass CAPTCHA challenges, or decode protected email addresses. Public availability does not establish permission to send marketing.

Stripe processes payments; SerpApi supplies Google search results; Resend and Twilio process email and SMS delivery when configured. The operator must confirm each provider’s data processing and international transfer arrangements before launch.

Only essential session cookies are used by the application. No advertising analytics are installed. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; the operator can self-host them to avoid those external requests.

Contact the site operator to request access, correction, or deletion. The operator must publish a working support address and a defined retention period before launch. Research access is limited to the member who created the job. Administrators can review member accounts, campaign summaries, and audit records.

Membership terms

Membership provides monthly research allowances, saved findings, CSV exports, and campaign tools. Page allowances count crawl attempts, including errors and robots exclusions. Search allowances count submitted queries, including unsuccessful provider calls. Allowances reset at the start of a UTC calendar month.

The initial plans are £29, £79, and £199 per month. Email and SMS provider charges are separate and the operator must set and publish message pricing before enabling paid campaigns. Cancellation and billing management are handled through Stripe’s customer portal once configured. The operator must finalise VAT treatment, refund/cancellation rights, and support terms before accepting payment.

Names, phone numbers, and addresses are extraction candidates. Review their source pages before relying on them. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, inbox ownership, deliverability, or campaign outcomes. This release does not render JavaScript-only websites or parse downloadable documents.

Acceptable use

All campaigns include the sender’s configured business identity, postal address, and an opt-out link. Sending is disabled until the operator configures providers, its address, and the scheduled delivery worker.

The UK rules vary by recipient type and context. Review the ICO guidance on electronic mail marketing before operating the service.
