Workforce
Our conscientious distribution opertives comprise a workforce in various location across the UK, ensuring we always have valuable local knowledge. Each skilled team is managed by a single superviser to ensure an efficient and streamlined service, and given tracking devices that provides us with detailed reports of progress.
Planning
Using the most advanced software in the industry, we are able to gather detailed demographic information for use in developing targeted campaigns. This information includes detail of property types, owner/tenants status, etc., for given streets, thus providing valuable insights into the potential audiance of our communication.
Distribution
Each campaign will see a team of at least four opertives managed by a supervisor assigned to specific distribution area. The movements of the operatives are planned and supervised by the team leader, with each operative given a map showing distribution area. The operatives tracking devices allows the creation of detailed tracking report to indicate the progress of the campaign.
Analysing
Upon completion of distribution assignment, the detailed reports are allocated to a response manager for analysis.
